Adding Agents on Dashboard

    Hi there,

    I need help with this issue. I use this plugin with a default theme. When an agency wants to add its agents but it says that “This user role is not allowed.” https://prnt.sc/1059plt
    Is it a bug or a wrong config to add agents?

    Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!
    Please try to go to the Dashboard > Settings > General & find the Membership tag & enable the option: “Anyone can register”. Please also resave your permalink settings. You can adjust your links in Settings -> Permalinks -> Post name and press the Save Changes button [Screenshot]
