Adding Additional Headers to notifications

Hi i would like to add additional headers to notification emails that get sent out, other than CC, BCC, reply to and from.

I would like to add unique category names on headers so that my Sendgrid (https://sendgrid.com/docs/API_Reference/SMTP_API/categories.html) can sort my emails on my stats dashboard
