Tables aren’t intended for or good for layout purposes – you can use CSS to control the layout and position of images (or anything else).

Check out this WordPress plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-table/
It lets you create and even import tables from Excel but I don’t thin you will find plugin that extracts tables from a Word document, it would be a rather complicated solution.
I would say this plugin is your best shot. Alternatively, you can just simply use pictures of these tables.
