adding a dropdown category on a page

    Hi, i’m having a problem with adding a dropdown category ON a page.
    This is what i’m trying to do http://www.archery.hr/klubovi.php
    It’s like a searchbar, in this case when u click it, it shows the counties,and then u can see which clubs are from which county.I can put all the clubs with their data on the page.. But i want to put in that ‘dropdown’.
    This is my page http://archery.co.nf/?page_id=15
    I need to put it on the third page called Članovi(Clubs) on the menu, which is empty right now..
    Can anyone please help? Much appreciated.. Many thanks in advance.
