I’ve built a WP site using the Elegant Themes DIVI theme, expecting to FTP it to a new domain and hosting, However the client has requested to add it to their existing bootstrap site: http://www.cientsdomain.com/newsite

You can’t really use two themes at the same time, but you could replicate the look of the site that you built with Divi in Bootstrap. It would take some time and possibly a lot of custom CSS, though.
