Added Translations not Saving | WordPress.org

When I hit “Save Translation,” sometimes the changes are recorded within the translatepress view, and sometimes they aren’t. Additionally, on the live site, they’re never visible. Something seems to be overriding the translation from displaying. Any suggestions?

I did email at support, and I still haven’t heard anything back from them.It’s still not saving.
