Yes, this is done by TablePress. Basically, what happens is that all line breaks in the table cells are automatically transformed to HTML <br /> tags (for a line break). Unfortunately, this can cause trouble with HTML code, as in this case, where it then leads to that extra white space.
To fix that, you’ll simply have to paste in the PayPal code in one line, i.e. without any line breaks in it. The best way to do that would be to insert it, then drag the table cell very wide in the browser (via the drag handler in the lower right corner of the text field), and then to remove all line breaks from the code, so that it basically stands all in one line. Do you know what I mean?
