Add “wp-private-apis” to $blacklisted_async_scripts

    Hi team,

    On one of my sites, the WooCommerce block-based checkout broke when “Defer Render-blocking JavaScript” was enabled.

    Several scripts require the __dangerousOptInToUnstableAPIsOnlyForCoreModules function, which is defined in the /wp-includes/js/dist/private-apis.min.js file. However, the wp-private-apis handle does not appear to be included in the default blacklist, resulting in:

    I resolved the issue by using the sgo_js_async_exclude filter to exclude wp-private-apis.

    I wanted to bring this potential issue to your attention, as it may affect other sites.
