    Hello,
    probably your theme changed the hook of woocommerce,
    Try to activate a standard WordPress theme and check if the issue occurs.

    Hello,

    The problem doesn’t occur on the standard template but I need to use the plugin on my actual theme of course. Any solution?

    Hello,

    contact the theme’s developers so they can check the hooks used in the single product page.
