“add to other calendar” works for outlook for me
Yes, it works in Outlook but it subscribes the user to the entire event calendar. Is there a way just to open the ics instead?
Hi,
Each event has a “Subscribe” button on its single page, with this button you can subscribe to that one event.
Sorry for all the questions, but I’m a little confused about this. I don’t see a “Subscribe” button, but we do have an “Add to my calendar” button which allows the user to select Outlook. Then – eventually – a Microsoft Outlook dialog box popups up with this:
Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates?

If you click yes, it opens the event calendar in your outlook and you’re subscribed to all events.
Is there a setting somewhere that I’m missing?
Thanks in advance!

Hi – this will give you some background:

You are quite correct: Add to calendar(copy one event into an existing calendar) is a separate function to subscribing to the event (and therefore syncing it). It is the latter which Timely offer – as they like to make sure the events stay sync’d. Anyway, you can comment on the ideas forum maybe plus add your vote?
