Add texte above Search Form

Hi, it is possible to add a custom text to the page Hotel Booking Search above the Form Search? On that page is just a shortcode an it does not happened nothing if I add a text on that page. I suppose that I need to edit a template file but I do not know which and where to insert text. Thanks!
