Add support for co-authors plus

    I am looking for a plugin that could generate a standard “cite this article as” that you might find in a scientific article. This looked like a good option, but it appears that this plugin doesn’t work when there are more than one author using the Co-authors plus plugin. It would be great if this plugin could support multiple authors!
