Add Sub-Category Error

    I am getting the following error when I try to add a sub-category.

    WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘-200,200’ at line 1]
    SELECT * FROM wp_UPCP_SubCategories ORDER BY SubCategory_Sidebar_Order,SubCategory_Name LIMIT -200,200
