BTW…its the Add Slider button inside a New Page or New Post. Sorry if I wasn’t being clear.

Maybe you have deleted all your sliders from Sliders list that why nothing appears in popup, please check it out, if there is existing slider but the popup is still empty please give us (on info@huge-it.com) admin access and we will try to fix it as soon as it possible.
Thanks for getting back. No, I have not deleted the sliders from the list. I have even uninstalled and installed the plugin several times, in which case there should be the initial default slider added to the list. When I click on the Add slider button, I only see an empty white window popping up (absolutely nothing in it)…NOT just an empty dropdownlist.
Sorry, I don’t think my company will approve of giving admin access to our site to anyone outside of the firm. Is there any other possible reason that you could think of, that could be causing this. If you can think of anything let me know and I’ll look more closely in that direction.
Dear customer, the problem you mentioned has been never repeated so we think that problem is from your admin panel, please try to enable all other plugins and change template and try again.
