If a customer tries to purchase only items that don’t use printify for shipping (stickers for example), they get the “No shipping options were found for [your address]” error message.

If I go into woocommerce > settings > shipping > shipping zones
then select a shipping zone, there are no methods listed.
If I click on ‘add shipping method’ the dropdown just says ‘undefined’ underneath it. There is nothing to select. I would expect to see flat rate, free shipping, etc.

What’s going on? I have this error on 3 websites. They were functioning fine the last I knew.

    Thanks!

    Hey there!

We’ve seen this with the “Printful” plugin / integration on sites. Does your site have this plugin? If so, please disable it and add your shipping method.

Hopefully that helps! Have a great one!

    Hello,

I’m having the exact same issue unfortunately. My store was working fine until we tried to process an order.
I deactivated the Printful plugin to add a shipping method and that still didn’t work either.

    plz help!

This is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by checking on adding shipping methods.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Here’s a more extensive explanation in our docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

You can clone your site to a staging environment and perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin. Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
