add second header menu

    Hi there,
    I have the wellspring theme on my website and I want to add a second header menu to my page. I have the basic ‘home’ ‘product’ ‘language’ ‘cart’ row. And I want to add a second row underneath that with ‘blog’ ‘kids’ ‘cpntact’
    I can’t figure out how to do it…

    In your child theme,

    1. add a new menu to your functions.php file
    2. add short-code to the page template (also in the child theme folder).
    3. add CSS to properly format the menus.

    Thank you for your answer. I understand what you’re saying. However, I’m not sure I’m capable of doing it.
    I do not know how to write code.
