add posts from second blog inline with posts from first

I am sure this is possible, but i need a good starting point. What i would like to do is combine the posts i make on my church’s site into the posts on my personal blog inline. They both use wordpress and i am sure its possible to do with the rss feed from the church site, but again i am not sure where to start.

Is there a way to add the rss feed to the $posts object so that the same loop will display both as if they were both entered into the admin of my personal site?
