Add point through submit comment

    Hello,

    My website is using listing theme and I would like to give point to user who comment on any listing. I have enabled built-in comment hook. I used the comment hook but it’s not work when I commented on listing. It works on blog’s comment but it’s still not working on listing comment.

    Which listing theme are you using? Some themes use custom comment/review systems instead of the default WordPress comments, so this information will help us investigate the issue.

    Thank you for confirming that you’re using ListingHive.

    We’ve tried to replicate the issue on our staging site using the ListingHive theme, but we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue so far.

    Could you please help us with a few details so we can replicate the same setup on our end?

    1. Does ListingHive provide the default WordPress commenting option for listings, or did you add any custom code/plugin to enable comments on listings?
    2. Are you using the default ListingHive theme from the WordPress.org repository, or a customized/version-modified copy?
    3. If you added any custom code to enable comments on listings, could you please share the code with us?
    4. If possible, please also share the exact steps you’re following to create a comment on a listing and confirm whether the comment is approved/published.

    We are testing with the ListingHive theme available on WordPress.org: ListingHive – WordPress.org

    Are you using this same version of ListingHive, or are you using a different/customized version?

    Once we have these details, we can try to reproduce the same setup and investigate why the myCred comment hook is not being triggered for listing comments.
