When I try to add a new plugin – I get a failure
Warning: mysqli_query(): MySQL server has gone away in /var/sites/s/saintssupportersclub.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1924

Warning: mysqli_query(): Error reading result set’s header in /var/sites/s/saintssupportersclub.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1924
    Error reconnecting to the database

When I give my hosting support team access to the page – they can Add and remove easily.
If I try and add using the login I gave them – it still fails.
    Any ideas gratefully received!

Sounds like the server is working fine then…

Try a different browser hopefully on a different machine. Some browsers don’t play well with some presentations.

Thanks. How crazy is that? Using safari usually, and didnt think of that as on a sister site built using same software it works fine. Used Chrome and it’s faster and works now. Thanks again
