Add Payment Method doesn’t work

The payments methods tab on ultimate member account area works, but when you click the button the page reloads but doesnt display anything in the content area other than the tabs and the rest of the page, it appears its trying to use the woocommerce my-account end point, but that doesnt make sense to be used, as why would you need 2 account pages, woocommerce my-account and ultimate member accounts
