I moved them to the Settings popover in the chatbot settings.
Please go to your chatbot and hit Settings button under the instructions and then hit configure button next to Limit Usage.

I have one more quick question.
How can i set each person’s token balance…?
Even though i’m admin, i don’t have any token and cannot test owned bot.

you can go to Credits page (in the module menu) and then you will see list of users there. then you can set token for yourself.
