Add New Store

    Hi there,

    When pressing add new store I am taken to a blank white screen. I have tried in safari and chrome on two different computers but received the same problem.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    If this happens, then there’s either a conflict with another plugin or an issue with the server configuration.

    If you disable all other plugins, does it then still happen? Also check the error log on the server for any hints as to why this happens.

    You can often access the error log through the control panel of your host, if not, then ask your host where to access this file.
