Add New Document not working

    Memphis Docs ver: 3.6.19
    Wordpress ver: 4.7.3
    Browser: IE11

    Brand new install of both. The red “Add New Document” button nor others in line with it seem to work. Clicking them does nothing. Is this a server or browser configuration issue?

    Can you open a browser inspector and see if you see any errors. If you do please report them here.

    have you tried a different browser. You can also try clearing your browser cache and deleting your cookies.

    Clearing browser cache and deleting cookies in IE11 did not work. Seems to run fine on Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit).
