Add New Consent

The plugin started with an easy going plug and play and has now the common coding logic. Do you have any ready made understandable example for the confusing Add New Consent?
As the documentation does not help to real life. If i were a coder, I do not need this plugin, and if I need a plugin, how to manage code?
