• I have deactivated all plug-ins and switched themes using “Health Check and Troubleshooting” but WordPress still is not adding the menu items.

I have several pages built and most have been added into the menu as expected. However, after a few days of working, I started to encounter odd issues and glitches. One of those was losing the ability to add menu items from any new page I create.
One of two things will happen when I try to add the items in the “Appearance” > “Menus” tabs. As I click the tab to select the new page and hit “Add” on the left it will either show the rolling ball forever or will add a generic “Menu Item” to the main menu with no link and no name. I have even tried to add a url link tot he menu but to no success.

The other issues I have are 1 out of every 3 times I try to create a new page I get an error that read “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

And I also have issues with uploading images. I get fails every 4-5 try until it finally works but with no preview.

Would this be a sever issue? Or a bad install? How can I remedy this. I am not a programmer so this is all really over my head and my host (Network Solutions) has stated it not their problem since they didn’t build WP. I purchased their WP hosting package but now I have no support over there… I am willing to pay to get this resolved as my client need to see this site soon.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    – WordPress 5.2 introduced new protection from sites crashing due to bad code (also known as a White Screen of Death, or WSOD for short).
    – If your site crashes, the technical difficulties message is shown, and an email is sent to the site admin with a way to log in and deactivate the plugin or theme causing problems, once that is done the site should start working again as expected.
    – If you didn’t get the email, you can look for an error log on your server to see what the problem is. If you can’t find one, use DEBUG mode to log an error so you can fix it. https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#wp_debug

Yes, I have run WorPress without any plugins and with a default theme and the problem persists.

I have deactivated all plug-ins and switched themes using “Health Check and Troubleshooting” but WordPress still is not adding the menu items.

I also tried to make a new menu and the same problem comes up. I cannot add items to this new menu.

    Any other thoughts?

    Thanks
