Add menu items in sharpfolio

Hi,
How to add menu items with rss feeds as last menu item using sharpfolio template? I am developing a simple page using sharpfolio template. I am facing problems with adding menu items and content slider functionality in posts. How to integrate functional content slider plugin and work with posts in the site.
please guide me in this regard. My aim is to develop simple site with slider images and vimeo and youtube embedded slider another in site. thank you
