Add log option

Hi,

It will be good if you can add a log option:

1. Shows last X (user customizable) records that the plugin processed – showing the source IP and its country, base URL they requested, user-agent, the plugin’s rule that was triggered (needs to add a unique numeric ID and/or name for each rule, non-recurring)

2. A filter for the current log and also for catching events per specific thresholds (specific rule, specific URL, specific source IP) as we may have many real-time events so we cannot manually catch the needed event. Desired also saved to a file.
And sorting each column, of course
