When I click for Add New Listing than I want only those user who are login to visible for this page, same as page of My listing where only logged in user can see. So that the user who has logged in only can add new listings.

ca be done in the settings tab:
settings–> Job Submission settings –> check “account required”

@braehler nope, there is no Job Submission settings in settings tab. I am using Knowhere theme.

strange, usually this should be there.
It´s in the settings of the Plugin, not the theme

Is there any other way to do this? Like from the codes?

Not sure, because this is not neccessary by default. Maybe your plugin installation is broken?
