add individual products in dropdown menu

Hi,

I have a category with subcategories. On the page I set up a drop-down menu, which will show the subcategories. Is it possible to have to product names in the drop-down menu as well?

Current situation:
Example: Categorie A – subcategory A – product A
– product B
The dropdown will have subcategory A and it will give filter results product A + B

Is this possible:
Example: Categorie A – subcategory A – product A
– product B
The dropdown will have subcategory A and then product A en B
clicking on product A in the dropdown will give result product A.

I guess with a workaround it could be possible right? Just a bit confused after trying to do this.
