Add in a widget below header?

Hello! I’m trying to find an easy way to add in a widget below the header. I am able to add one to the WOOCOMMERCE sidebar, but customers would then need to click on a button to bring up the sidebar, which isn’t what I need. I can also add the widget to the navigation bar, but it doesn’t display on mobile, which is a must.

Is there an easy way to make this happen without a ton of custom coding? (amateur here)
