Add images to form

Hello,

I would like to do some customization to a webpage i’m working on using listify and i would like to add some images on the form to make it more user friendly. But i haven’t been lucky finding out how I could do that.
I have read about the field editor plugin but that doesnt seem to do what i want, just add some fields to the form and reorder.

So, any ideas on how to do this would be very welcome. Thank you all.
