Hi!

We had been using eshop extras plugins for additional fields in the check out page (http://quirm.net/wiki/eshop/additional-plugins-and-code-snippets/add-a-field-to-the-checkout/) however, it’s not working anymore. Can someone please help us how to add extra fields? We need to add these very important fields for orders:

1) Custom message field
2) Date and time of delivery

The download doesn’t appear to exist anymore. Which effectively prevents anyone, even people who are proficient in coding, from adding extra fields. Can we get the download back please?
