What version of our Open Tickets Community Edition do you have installed?

I have been having the same problem. Running Version 1.8.5 and WordPress 4.0.1.

We have been unable to repro this on our sites so are going to need you copy and paste the details from a Status Report
When logged on as WP Admin – hover the mouse over “OpenTickets” – click “System Status” – then click “Show Report
Copy the selected details and paste it into your replies

Hi Quadshot,
Apologies for the delay.
I eventually deactivated OpenTickets as having to create a different Event Area every time was just too cumbersome.

I have the same problem. I can’t add Event Dates, every time I clic “upload” buttom, it erase the dates I just configure. This is the report:

The problem was solve. OpenTickets Crahsed with The Event Calendar plugin, I just desactivated the last one and works just fine.
