Please go back to following the admin menu styling convention of using the “dashicons-before” class on the main menu item. Some of us have customized admin menus and your new .svg icon screws up the formatting. Even if you keep the .svg icon, please at least add the .dashicons-before class back.

I can appreciate you wanting to brand the link icon, but I use the dashicon font’s link icon which is much more user-friendly for clients at a glance. With the .dashicons-before class removed I have to either add custom css or JS to reproduce it.

Hi @clockwood,

Can you try the following workaround in functions.php?
```
add_filter( 'ta_affiliate_links_cpt_args', 'ta_filter_menu_icon', 99, 1 );

function ta_filter_menu_icon( $args ) {

	$args['menu_icon'] = 'dashicons-admin-links';

	return $args;
}
```
