Add custom text to backend admin pages

    In the backend (Admin Pages), on the “Edit Event” page, I’d like to add some text. I want to include an explanation of the requirements for ticket names.

    This is the div element in question:
    [div id="em-tickets-form" class="em-tickets-form em-tickets-sortable"]

    I assume this is possible with the Snippets plugin, but how do I do it?
