Add custom fields to comment form

    The problem:
    Trying to add custom fields to comment form.

    The solution:
    Apparently exists, as this thread suggests:

    (But the solution was not posted… )

    Can someone please provide a quick explanation about how to get an extra <input> in the comment field and have wordpress use the value when it shows the comment?
