Add “continue reading” in Codium Theme

Hi

I use Codium theme with exerpts and it seems to work nice but…
If the text is longer than the area of the excerpt it automatically creates a “read more” link but is I create excerpt text that’s shorter than the area it doesnt show.
Id also like to edit “read more” to “continue reading”
