Add Contact Form button missing

Whenever editing an event on the plugin “My Calendar”, a button called “Add Contact Form” used to appear just to the right of the “Add Media” button. This button has suddenly disappeared. This button still appears on posts and pages, but not on the “My Calendar” events any more. This issue started after the Jetpack Release 15.4 (about Jan. 8). All of the AI research suggests this Jetpack release is the source of the problem. Has anyone else experienced this, and any suggestions on how I may be able to address this?
