Add comments template to dynamic page

I have a dynamic page that loads different content depending on the parameter in the url. e.g.

http://localhost/wordpress/wordpress/?page_id=50&project=baloon

With the content based on the project parameter.

I would like to enable unique comments / discussions for each dynamically created page depending on the project. is this possible?
