Add comments box above comments

    Hi all,

    On my blog, I would like the comments box to be above the comments. But I do not know how to do it. I am not very good with editing. But I have been reading online and they said it is to do with editing php stuff. Can someone help please.

    Would need to know what theme you are using. But most likely you would need to edit comments.php and just move the code around.
