Add category description to posts

Hi Justin!
I’m using the Stargazer theme and love that on the top of category page there is a box for the category description. But I need to add the same box to every post, between the text content and the comment box. I’ve tried some methods what i found on the net but they doesn’t work. What is the way of realizing it? Can you help me?
