You can use a Content Template to combine values from multiple sources into a single result. I need more details to know where your values are stored.
You wrote “I would like to add the categories“. Where are the categories stored? Do you mean the WordPress “Categories” taxonomy or the IPTC “Category” and “Supplemental Category” fields?
The IPTC “Category” (limited to three characters) and “Supplemental Category” (32 characters) fields are “Deprecated” and not very useful.

Hi David, sorry for the late response but I had to do some research first. I found out that my image management tool does not write the IPTC categories into the files, or writes them incompletely. I got the same info from the developer as you did, that the categories are about to expire. I will therefore look for another solution. Consider my problem solved 🙂
