Add capability field to user data

Hello, I found out that I could name the WP-CRM fields as first_name, last_name and user_email an it works as it was done at WP regular fields. I would like to know if I can do the same for capabilities and avoid havind to fill WP-CRM form and also the WP form on the right. Thanks.
