Add bouncing arrow CSS to Premium Theme

Hello!

I am thinking of purchasing the premium theme in order to include the bouncing arrow on my website.

The bouncing arrow is as in this page: http://codepen.io/dodozhang21/pen/siKtp?editors=1100

How would I moving to premium would be helpful in doing this? I want the same bouncing arrow on my site. Currently, my site’s running a free Pinnacle theme.
