Hello,
Be sure all the plugins are updated, then you can run a conflict test, as follows:
- Clear the site cache
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Add attributes again for your product
At this point check if the issue is present, if not present then it was a conflict, you can reactivate the theme and plugins gradually one by one until you find what is the cause of the problem You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Let us know if this worked for you.
Thanks! I’ll be going through steps tomorrow and reply with an update.
Thank you @warrenjjrewards,
Please keep us posted.
Best,
Thanks guys,
I can only go ahead with the steps on Monday so I wont be making any changes to the ticket just yet.
We are sending an API feed to another site for the week and wouldn’t want to cause any conflict.
Update to follow!
Hi @warrenjjrewards
Not a problem. Please take your time.
We’ll be here whenever you need further help.
Cheers
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread closed for now – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
Ok thank you Margeret. I should be able to look at the problem this week still or early next. Thanks again for your patience.
Sure! Do let us have an update whenever you are able to.
We’ll be glad to check further.
Thanks
Hi guys,
Thought I’d send an update, we followed Igors steps and found the problem.
It was a plugin we were using to send a feed to for marketing and no longer using.
It has been deactivated and deleted. The problem no longer persists.
Thanks!
