    Yes, you can add multiple users to get notified on job submit but first you have to understand the code structure of SJB and then customize its code.

    For a glimpse, we can tell you that please customize the following files:
    simple-job-board/includes/class-simple-job-board-ajax.php
    simple-job-board/includes/class-simple-job-board-notifications.php
