If you theme has a widget enabled area in the header you can just drag and drop a Wp-Insert sidebar widget in there.
If your theme does not have a widget enabled area in the header you can use the “template Ads” option to generate a code snippet which you can directly insert into the theme and then control the ads from inside Wp-Insert Admin.

Thanks Namith, I don’t find where template ads option is, can you point me in the right direction.
For future reference, I am inexperienced, but learning, with WP so any details regarding inserting code in which file and where, with examples would be appreciated.

Thank You for your help and assistance.
    with kind regards, -harv
