  • You probably need to give a little more information. What theme are you using. What plugin did you try. Where do you want the menu to appear and how do you want it to look ? what the url to your website.

    Hi @mrtom414,

    Thanks for your answer.

I created my website with the Storefront theme.

I just want to have my menu in a vertical way, fixed on the left side.

Here there is an example (1rst theme : Kreativa) https://www.competethemes.com/blog/vertical-menu-wordpress-themes/

Wordpress gives you the ability to add new Templates to your theme. You do not however want to modify the original theme because if it gets updated you stand a good chance of loosing your work. Instead you will probably want to create a child theme and add the templates in it. If you are not good at programming you can probably find someone on a sites like fiverr or upwork to create the child theme with the templates you need. You might find a child theme in the wordpress theme directory that has this option. I know storefront is popular so someone may have already created it. If your funds are low I would try fiverr first it usually the cheaper by far. It will require a little programming to create the new template.

You could also try using a page builder like beaver build or elementor to build a new page.
