Please note that the code you used is for adding interest groups and not list choice.
To add list choice you can use the following code:
<input name=”_mc4wp_lists[]” type=”checkbox” value=”123abc456def” />
Make sure to replace the value field with the actual ID of your list. You can copy paste this code multiple times and add the correct value of the list ID.
