    Using WordPress how can we ‘Add a Comment’ field for postings located at the bottom of an article located on the web site.

    This usually works that way by default, that is to say, if you mean that the comment field is below the single view of a post. If you have a theme that for some reason left out the comments code, just have a peek at the default theme (index.php and single.php).
